Founded by Brian, BlueSummit Labs started from a frustrating experience that too many contractors know all too well - getting completely screwed by a marketing company.
A few years back, I hired an SEO contractor on Upwork to help with a website I was working on. The guy took my money, did everything wrong, and my rankings completely tanked. I had to delete the entire website. That's when I realized I needed to learn this stuff myself if I didn't want to keep getting burned.
I spent the next couple years diving deep into SEO, eventually working at a digital marketing agency where I got to see how the industry really operates. What I discovered was eye-opening - most companies overpromise and underdeliver, leaving business owners frustrated and out thousands of dollars.
After transitioning into contracting sales, I saw the same pattern everywhere. Contractors constantly getting burned by marketing companies that don't understand their business, don't deliver results, and disappear with their money. I kept hearing the same complaints: "We tried SEO before and it didn't work" or "We wasted $3,000 on some marketing company that did nothing."
That's exactly why I started BlueSummit Labs. I understand what it's like to get screwed by bad marketing because I lived it. Now I focus specifically on helping contractors avoid the same mistakes I made and get the results they actually need.
